A newly developed flat brush unit with two types of hair lengths and high-durability fibers gently and deeply brushes the important printing plates. The double mechanism using an air nozzle-type water drainage device and a plate inclined transport method effectively removes residual water from the plates. With a simple design focused solely on the functions necessary for plate cleaning, cost reduction is achieved while maintaining excellent "cleaning power" thanks to the newly developed mechanism.
